Hello my love, and welcome to Cradled Toddlers+.  
This workshop is all about sleep in toddlers and our school age children (aimed to around 7-8 years but a lot being applicable beyond that), from the gentle and responsive perspective of a Holistic Sleep Coach and Neuroprotective Developmental Care practitioner.

It is based on my gentle, age-appropriate and responsive style of sleep support. At no point will I make suggestions that are not respectful to you, or to your little one. This workshop will give you a greater understanding of child sleep, and you will leave feeling calmer and more confident, armed with knowledge and some tricks up your sleeve.

This particular workshop is aimed at parents of toddlers, preschoolers and primary school aged children, and I will cover:

• How sleep works, and how it is biologically regulated

• What gets in the way of sleep in this age group, and red flags

• Sleep changes in toddlerhood and childhood, and what to expect from our children’s sleep as they get older

• Supporting your toddler and child as they grow up

• Understanding toddler and child behaviour and needs

• All about bedtime

• How to help your toddler or school-aged child sleep

• And sleep tools and troubleshooting some common issues
